Probable taste buds: These are probably taste buds and should be there.  It is always good to check with your dentist to be sure they are normal.  They should appear the same on both sides of your tongue.

Post nasal drip: We call this post nasal drip, it is usually resulting from sinus disease or nasal allergies but can also be from acid reflux, depending on your other symptoms you need to see an allergist if you have nasal issues, treating your congestion will clear the drip.

Taste Bud: Nope. Every single time anyone has come in to my practice over the past 25 years these are always the taste buds that patients had just not seen or observed before.  Bumps on the back of the tongue are taste buds.

Normal?: Circumvallate papillae are dome-shaped structures on the human tongue that vary in number from eight to twelve.
If there is only one, is something else. See oral surgeon for exam.

when i stick my tongue all the way out i can see very large bumbs in the back of my tongue and i can see my epiglottis. is that bad?

No: The bumps you see are likely  slightly enlarged vallate papillae which are normal. Further back there are lymphoid nodules - which if not painful, would again be no reason for concern.

Bumps on tongue : The are normally some  large bumps located at the back of your tongue called circumvallate papilla and they taste bitter substances. They are nothing to worry about, but   If you are concerned about this see your dentist  for an evaluation

Taste buds: They are most likely normal or inflamed taste buds that do not require any treatment. See you dentist to have it looked at just to be sure.

Taste buds.: Vallate papillae - those are your taste buds.  They get very large in the back of your tongue.

Taste Buds: These are usually inflamed taste buds. If you notice them growing, have them checked out by your physician.

Since you do not have pain, and it is “FEELING” of food crumbs on left back of tongue, it is likely Anxiety.
