Whitening strips: I am not a dentist, but here is what works for me. Be sure to get regular cleanings at the dentist. Avoid cola, tea and coffee. Avoid blueberries.  Floss every day. Do not brush too hard or you may damage your teeth and gums. Over the counter whitening strips can help remove the yellow color. Use as directed.

Your pharmacy sells otc products that work somewhat... You can have the gels professionally applied by your dentist for a better result.

yes you can: Whitening would help remove the stains ..However the best way is to get evaluated by your dentist if whitning is a option in your case and the yellowish stains are the coffee stains and nothing else..Also extrinsic stains would come off with cleaning if you have not  had in past 6 months..See your dentist.

Ask your Orthodontist to consult with your General Dentist to stage your restorative treatment.  Retainers may have to be adjusted or remade as restorative treatment proceeds.
