You may have neuropathy, but it would be prudent to your primary care provider for an initial evaluation and to ascertain if you need referral to a neurologist.

Left sided pain: The medications that you are taking can cause difficulty in thinking, speaking, and memory.  It is important to review the proper dosages and timing of the medications with your prescribing physician to avoid an overdose. I am not sure what the cause of the left sided numbness, poor function, and spasms. This may be due to a previous stroke or a neck problem with spinal cord injury.

Concussion: Sounds like possible concussion, even if you don't think you hit your head.  Get evaluated by your doctor to make sure everything else checks out on your exam.

While often recognized after people have been diagnosed as being Diabetic for a long time, it also occurs in some far before they are declared Diabetic. Thus suggest checking HbA1c (Optimal 5.0%, not called DM until 6.5% or higher), optimize by cutting carbs, consider the best of the DM meds (the GlP-1 analogues) &amp; review emedicinehealth.com neuropathy.

Ultrasound and colon: Bladder area pain needs to have infection ruled out and possible interstitial cystitis needs to be checked.  Goes hand in hand with vulvodynia--but all else has to be ruled out.  Pelvic pain--get ovaries checked.  Colonoscopy.  trigger point injection of iliohypogastric nerve can be done in office.  If it relieves pain then using drugs like Amitriptyline or gabapentin may help.  more tests needed!

Possibly, but...: Lower right abdomen discomfort can be due to one of many causes. For that location appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side and cause pressure. Kidney, testicular, nerve, or muscular problems can also cause discomfort. A primary care or an ER doctor can evaluate.

Fever with pain is: never a good sign. After reading that important piece of info, it's time to see your PCP doctor as soon as possible, so that you are not dealing with an internal organ inflammation that could lead to an infectious process. In any case you have globally too many issues dealing with pain upon breathing, right side abdomen, chest, and now hip and leg. You need a complete physical exam done. Good luck

i had singles in my head back in july 2018.  i never to this day been free from nerve pain in my head.  it causes an inside the top of the head and forehead to itch like

Pain specialist: Please consult a pain specialist. There should be more than one in Boston. Post herpetic pain lasting longer than 3 months warrants get a specialist to evaluate and treat.

Occipital nerve: There is a superficial nerve that comes out just above the lump at the base of your skull (occipital protruberance).  This can be irritated by neck sprain or spams or for no real reason and can cause sharp shooting pains up and over the scalp on that side.  Usually very brief but can be severe.
