My question is that why do i feel like i have nerve pain in the right side at the back of my head where it's pain for few second and go then comeback.

Occipital nerve: There is a superficial nerve that comes out just above the lump at the base of your skull (occipital protruberance). This can be irritated by neck sprain or spams or for no real reason and can cause sharp shooting pains up and over the scalp on that side. Usually very brief but can be severe.
