Fluids/BP: Please drink fluids and check your blood pressure. If the symptom continues, please see urgent care or your PCP for an evaluation of your heart. The use of face masks during the COVID crisis is not likely to be associated with these symptoms. If you wear a mask at night for non invasive ventilation, a follow up visit with a sleep specialist is indicated. Watch for signs of fainting, vomiting/fever

Yes and no: People with  lupus can have these symptoms. These may not be due to lupus. People without lupus can have these symptoms. These are not specific activity and can be seen for a variety of medical issues. When your physician evaluates you this may be clarified.

Lightheadedness: Causes of continuing lightheadedness include low or even  blood pressure, anemia, very slow or very rapid heart rates,. Inner ear or cerebellar disorders usually cause vertigo rather than lightheadedness. The stomach noises are nonspecific. I recommend seeing your physician for evaluation and testing.

Referred to as: Orthostatic hypotension. When you go from lying down to seated, your heart has to pump blood against gravity to get it to the brain and blood also "pools" lower in the body.  To overcome this, your heart rate increases and blood pressure needs to rapidly increase. Sometimes our bodies are slow to respond and this can lead to a temporary decrease in blood flow to the brain - that can make you dizzy

See doctor: There are many potential answers dizziness and a viral infection would be one of them . If you are feeling dizzy, don't operate any heavy machinery or drive. Inner ear: The commonest cause would be an inner ear disorder and I recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist who specializes in vertigo and inner ear disorders and who performs maneuvers to correct them. This speciaiist will refer you to a neurologist if it is deemed advisable and not a classic inner ear problem.

Motion sickness?: Could be just motion sickness which will self-resolve but consider seeing an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctor to rule out Barotrauma and other possible conditions if symptoms last longer than 1 week.

Cause?: Cause of dizziness should be investigated. Neurologic, inner ear, visual, cardiac, blood pressure are among possibilities. Avoiding sudden change in position and keeping hydrated might help. See you doctor for evaluation.

NO: it is a symptom of vasovagal presyncope or  orthostatic hypotension. Cardiac issues should be ruled out by exam  from low BP.

Yes, multiple causes: Anxiety can cause a multitude of physical symptoms, including those you've described.  A cold generally starts with other kinds of symptoms like stuffy nose and sore throat, but if the congestion gets into your ears, dizziness ; lightheadedness can result.  Many other possibilities as well, including xanax (alprazolam) use.  Hoping you're working with a psychiatrist on your anxiety issues that you listed also.
