See doctor: There are many potential answers dizziness and a viral infection would be one of them . If you are feeling dizzy, don't operate any heavy machinery or drive. It is best to consult your doctor who can provide you the treatment and diagnosis. I presume that you have not had any head or neck trauma just prior to this instance.
