do botox injections cause lumps under the skin? i may be injected to decrease forehead creasing. i would appreciate, but not get, a smooth appearance?

No lumps with Botox: Botox relaxes muscles that are hyperactive and so wrinkles caused by those muscles are smoothed. It is not a dermal filler such as juvederm which is injected directly into wrinkles. Be careful with Botox in the forehead  because sometimes those wrinkles are the result of muscles working to hold up a sagging brow; in that case the price of reducing the wrinkles may be brow droop.

one year back, i was injected botox into my facial skin. later two lumps are formed under the eyes and looking awkward. is there any remedy to remove?

Botox granuloma?: It is possible that you may have developed a granuloma or reaction to the Botox injection. Please go back to your injector and see what he/she says.
You may benefit from a steroid injection, if an inflammatory reaction has occurred.

i've been injecting fragmin (dalteparin) for 3 weeks (pregnant, 2dvts). the last 3 have left painful lumps under the skin. why? prevention tips?

Rotate areas. : Unfortunately these under the skin injections all can cause lumps under the skin. Time should improve them. My advice would be to change injection areas. Rotate between abdominal area, left and right thighs. Hope u feel better soon.

how long does it take for heroin to be undetectable in urine? i recently relapsed & stopped. however, i injected no more than a gram over a 4 day span

About a week: About a week after the last use, your urine should be clear of the drug. 
I trust that you are determined not to do it again!
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Over years the medical establishment has experimented with intervenous and intra-arterial access. With needles or other instruments.

Basically started putting substances  in veins and arteries and found out what would work and what  did not: heroin turns into morphine within seconds morphine is used in medicine.

You may have hit a: nerve.  Nerves and blood vessels tend to take the same bath together, so injecting into a vein, especially one that's deep, can easily injured a nerve.  With good reason, I always recommend that if something you're doing hurts, you should stop doing that something.  Perhaps it's time for you to seek counseling and treatment for your heroin use. As : As dr. Ring notes, this is a true hand emergency.  Intra-arterial injection can clot the vessel and stop circulation to the area.  In addition, street drugs can contain a wide variety of contaminants that can cause infections and chemical burns.  I have seen an outbreak of gas gangrene from heroin that was contaminated with clostridium perfringens--one of the "flesh-eating" bacteria.

Delay in care can result in loss of skin, fingers, the hand, the whole arm, or even life.

after injecting meth and heroin my face muscles distorted and my eyes turned red. i couldnt feel my tongue, face, lips, hands, and had swelling in them as well. i could not talk clearly,couldnt stand without falling, still some effects next morning?
