You Know the answer: The bottom line is that the chances of you surviving even for a few years is quite diminished if you continue on this pathway. Sudden death is not unusual in people using the drugs that you describe. It is also very difficult to stop these drugs on your own for physical and mental reasons. You need specialized medical and psychiatric help. You must know that there are program available to help you.
