Depends: This may be a normal period of time where you are naturally wanting to be physically close with your wife, or it could be something more serious. If it is affecting your day-to-day activities and relationships in a negative manner, it would be prudent to go in for an evaluation.

Maybe: The hymen is soft tissue located right at the entrance to the vagina.  It is often disrupted prior to the first time of having intercourse, through use of tampons, a finger or other activities.  Was there much bleeding when you had sex and was that the first time you had sex, or the first time with that boyfriend?

Soft skin: It is important to use a moisturizer immediately after you shower/bathe. Depending on how dry your skin is, once or twice a day application should work. Use a lotion/cream that does not contain alcohol, which can actually dry the skin. Smelling good doesn't mean it is good for the skin. Use of cetaphil, eucerin cream, or aquaphor tend to be good choices.

if i have extremely soft skin as a guy and bleed often from minor scratches, what would be the best way to toughen my skin?

See a hematologist.: Bleeding from minor scratches is more likely to be a sign of a problem with your bleeding mechanisms than with a skin problem.  It would be best to talk to your primary care doctor, or better, a hematologist to do an evaluation  to find out what the real issue is.

Retin A (tretinoin) and lighten: You may need to see a dermatologist for a prescription for retin a, (tretinoin) which is still the gold standard to improving skin tone, texture and acne.  There are many skin lightening creams available over the counter including my own called "brighten" available on balshiskincare.Com.  Good luck.

i've always had soft skin (ie getting cardboard cuts) but suddenly i'm getting a lot more cuts, grazes, & gouges in my skin from minor things. even shaving (same technique and fresh razors) is a danger, now. should i be concerned and/or see my dr?

dietary factors, stress on the injury site (such as friction), whether or not you smoke or take medications, and pre-existing medical conditions.  You should have a discussion with your doctor to determine if anything has changed to make your skin more fragile.

Depends: Depends upon how big the tumor, the amount of resection, location of the surgery, your recovery, and what your work involves. Your surgeon should be able to provide you a better individual answer.
