Homemade scrub: Dr. Khorsandi's home made scrub: 1cup of sugar, 5 tbsp of coffee grounds, 1/4 cup olive oil or almond oil, 1 tsp of peppermint extract, 1tsp of vanilla extract. Mix together well. Apply to skin with some gentle pressure. Allow ten minutes and shower off with warm water.
