It should be noted that t is converted into e by one's body fat such that obese men have more e than optimal. Consider exercise as a means to get rid of fat in order to lower conversion of t into e. Medications are also used to decrease conversion. Failing all that, surgery.

If all tests are normal, you may have to get them removed.

Chest lain: Are you wheezing? If so you may have exercise induced asthma.Quite possibly you have a thin chest wall and when you run your heart is bouncing off your chest wall like a ping pong ball giving you the pain sensation.

Have you been ill?  When did you begin changes of puberty?

Any family history of enlarged male breasts?

If healthy, may exercise, specifically directed to chest, breasts, arms.  Be patient.

I also suggest you see your physician to get a good general physical

Painful swelling: get it checked by doctor. some times the pain may just be because of chostochondritis. If there is a swelling in question please get it looked at. Given that it is painful- it is likely to be a inflammatory condition but will need examination.

You need to see: Your physician so he can run some tests on you then refer you out to the specialists or see an endocrinologist to check your hormone levels + other tests so he can better assist you.You may have hormone imbalance etc.

i am 17 yr boy . i am experiencing chest pain . my right lung pains a lot and it seems like it is injured or wounded . my whole chest pains from all sides . touching my chest forcefully increases that pain . i dont know what to do ?

: It sounds like you may have costochondritis which is inflammation of the cartilage between your ribs. If that is what you have, ibuprofen works well and heat to the area. You should see your doctor to find out why you are having this pain. Good luck to you!
