GI bleeding: Occult gastrointestinal bleeding (i.e. unknonwn source) is potentially serious, either because the actual cause of bleeding can be dangerous (e.g. cancer) or because slow bleeding can become sudden and even life threatening. The risk of dying from whatever is the cause of this problem is far higher than from the colonoscopy. Follow your doctor&#x27;s advice!

Rectal blood: May be unrelated, may be hemorrhoid but would follow up with doctor as could be polyp, inflammatory or food reaction. In general energy drinks can be quite dangerous , the caffeine content is very high and  they contain other substances as well. Would stop the energy drinks can develop palpitations , tremors anxiety and a host of issues. f/u w/doc.

Lots of alcohol: An entire bottle of wine is not only a lot of alcohol but a fairly substantial sugar and calorie load.  If you are otherwise ok, yes it may be personally ok,  if you are happy with it, why ask?

Possible dehydration: Minimal urination after having consumed a bottle of wine, coupled with lowering of blood pressure suggests dehydration. The dilatation of  blood vessels caused by alcohol may also add to the drop in blood pressure.
