No beta blockers: Nitrates and some calcium channel blockers but you should have an angiogram.

Physiology: Aortic insufficiency (ai) means that the aortic valve leaks during diastole, which is the relaxation phase of the cardiac cycle.  Relative bradycardia means there is a slowing of heart rate which also means a prolongation of diastole.  A prolonged diastole does mean more ai which results in lower blood pressure (i.e. Hypotension).

Possible: It's possible to have both. Pulmonary hypertension has various causes as does systemic hypotension. I recommend consulting a pulmonologist for evaluation and advice. These are both serious conditions. Appropriate testing will be done.

Not ok.: Cymbalta (duloxetine) is both Seratonin and norepinephrine (noradrenaline= stress neurochemical) increasing can overactivate cardiovascular and neurlogic autonomic system e.g. mild tremors all the way to cardiac arrhythmia  Instead Seek a second opinion asap if not already seeing a cardiologist. Take care.

I'm good with this: These little variations on the way in which the heartbeat is propagated are common and almost never mean anything. Your bradycardia is healthy if you are a runner. You may want to try a table tilt test to see whether you have more tendency to be orthostatic than other folks; if you stay well-hydrated and haven't had syncopal episodes from it, it may not be a problem.

Vagal nerve overstim: Most causes of hypotn and low heart rate come from overstimulation of the vagus nerve . This causes slow heart rates and vasodilation with drop in blood pressure . Pts feel sweaty nauseated and have bluured vision. If they dont lie down they may pass out.
