is it possible for losing weight to cure hypoglicemia?

Probably not: Typically people who are overweight develop hyperglycemia and weight loss can lead to improvement in blood sugar. If you are diabetic and on medications to treat it, you could have episodes of hypoglycemia. Weight loss in and of itself will be unlikely to cure hypoglycemia. If you aren't diabetic and are hypoglycemic, you need further testing from your physician.

Opposites: Diabetes is having too much sugar in your blood due to either not making enough Insulin (type i) or your cells not responding to Insulin (type ii). Hypoglycemia is not enough blood sugar and can be caused by many things such as not eating properly and taking too much insulin. Both can damage your body and should be treated by a physician.

Hypoglycemia: You need your doctor to find the cause of your hypoglycemia and help you with management. I presume your doctor has told you that you have hypoglycemia and started management.
If not you must go immediately.
If there is a wait time to see your doctor go to the Emergency Room.

when i don't eat right away then eat something later i get extremely nausous and can't keep anything down  my head kills too could i have hypoglicemia ?

Hypoglycemia: No, you don't have hypoglycemia.
Its a common myth that when you're hungry you must eat right away or something bad happens.  We have 4 hormones that prevent us from a low sugar (glucagon, cortisol, adrenaline, and growth hormone).  We have only 1 hormone that lowers our sugar, insulin.  Indeed, it is not dangerous to miss a meal.

anything i can eat or take for my  pancreas to be more in balance having hypoglycimia?i bike ride a bit and seems to make my sugar low.was 80 then 100

Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia is technically less than 70. Carry  some candy bars with you just in case.

i was taking multivitamins containing 30 mcg chromium, i took 15 tablets. after that i started facing with hypoglicemic attacks. i have them for three months. i am not diabetic and i have normal body weight. could chromium be the cause of hypoglicemi?

Chromium low sugar: I am not aware that chromium toxicity includes low blood sugar.  I am aware that those who make vitamins are not regulated and often add substances to vitamin supplements including viagara, met formin(which can lower blood sugar. Stop them and see if you stop them you get better.

the previous answer about sweating n hunger suggested hypoglicemia. i tried a gluco tab sweet it seemed to help and i don't feel as tired, diabetes??

Diabetes: No you probably don't have diabetes.You need to find out why you might have had hypoglycemia. I would have your PCP refer you to an Endocrinologist near you.

i get shaky and lightheaded when hungry. hypoglicemia and diabetes tests both negative. no vit. deficiencies  possibly fast metabolism or dehydration?

You were still: likely to have low blood sugars that caused the "shakiness"...  I suggest you see an endocrinologist for further testing which may not be available to all primary care providers.  Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

Hypoglycemia is: a POSSIBILITY.  Please see your doc who can test your blood sugar an let you know.  He/she may order a glucose tolerance test.  Congratulations on cleaning up your food plan but its bet to have guidance from your doc.  When you go low carb you may need to replace them w/extra protein.  Your body is switching from using sugar for fuel to burning fat.  Peace and good health.

when i have hypoglicemia symptom(i`m t2), only the left side of my body(arms, legs)hurt & is numb.could this be normal, or this could mean something?thx!

Unlikely: You need to be checked by your primary care generally one sided numbness and pain can be as a result of neurological issues rather than hypoglycemia, one way to answer yourself is: do all the symptoms go away if you drink a glass of orange juice? Hypoglycemia symptoms will go away quickly if you drink orange juice .Good luck.
