Opposites: Diabetes is having too much sugar in your blood due to either not making enough Insulin (type i) or your cells not responding to Insulin (type ii). Hypoglycemia is not enough blood sugar and can be caused by many things such as not eating properly and taking too much insulin. Both can damage your body and should be treated by a physician.
