You do NOT: Have hypoglycemia. All of your sugars are normal. If you are not taking medication for diabetes, a fingerstick glucose as low as 60 is normal in a healthy man doing exercise. The body does not let your sugar drop below normal, that is an old and inaccurate myth. Eating food or candy to raise a normal sugar just makes potential problems more likely and should be avoided. Let your body do it's job.
