Unlikely: You need to be checked by your primary care generally one sided numbness and pain can be as a result of neurological issues rather than hypoglycemia, one way to answer yourself is: do all the symptoms go away if you drink a glass of orange juice? Hypoglycemia symptoms will go away quickly if you drink orange juice .Good luck.
