Neither: Hypertonic saline will draw water out of cells. Distilled water is pulled into cells. Normal Saline is the normal fluid for cell health - does not swell or dehydrate cells.

Increases Sputum: Hypertonic saline can help a patient with cystic fibrosis cough more effectively by expectorating sputum and optimizing airway clearance. This can help keep the lungs more clear and less likely to be colonized with bacteria.

Usually isotonic: Just about every patient will benefit from isotonic solution - my favorite is neilmed brand.

Pros and Cons: Both are acceptable.  For silicone:
PROS:  Less of an edge, so harder to "feel" them when touching breast; no rippling; lighter; "more natural" contour (slopes down at top) -- this varies
CONS:  Require slightly larger incision, not size-adjustable, cost more (about $1000 depending on brand/size/type), requires MRIs in future for breast screening instead of mammograms.

Below 100 F: Saline drops are best at this age, no prescription meds under 6 months unless very ill, in which case you see your doctor-Peds

Yes: The term you used,  "nose spray rinse" is confusing. However,  a saline nose SPRAY (which is a mist, not a rinse) can be used along with a saline nose RINSE (Neil Med is a name brand for the rinse) as both are only salt water.

despite having a polypectomy hysteroscopy d and c all periods are still very very heavy with huge clots that start on day three. way bigger than a quarter. im scared. ive had endometrial biopsies saline sonograms pelvic ultrasounds but still this?

Was a biopsy done?: Was a biopsy of the endometrium done? It will provide a pathological answer for why the endometrium is hemorrhaging based upon hormonal influence. Secondly, a laparoscopy can more thoroughly evaluate the uterus  for abnormal growths such as fibroids. If necessary obtain a 2nd opinion from another GYN MD. By the way, have a CBC blood test done to make sure you are not anemic.

fluids , saline: Fluids, rest and monitor for fever.Please see your pediatrician for worsening, eye redness or rash.

i used a saline nasal spray and flonase but it just clogs my nose up worse.

Using too many things in the nose too often can cause a rebound congestion. If your symptoms are uncomfortable or have a temperature greater than 100.5 F more than 3 days, or temperature more than 102 see your doctor. Drink extra water (if you are permitted)

i was just sent to er for 3 bags of iv saline fluid, is that alot?

Not really.: For someone your age, it isn't all that much.  I don't know, of course, what the IV fluids were given for, but three liters should not cause any issues.
