Maybe: Muscle weakness and twitching are associated with many problems, some benign like fatigue, anxiety, dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, thyroid problems, nerve injuries, and some severe like stroke, encephalitis, meningitis, Lou Gehrigs disease (ALS), multiple sclerosis (MS). See your Dr for a full workup so that any serious problems can be identified and treated.

: Unless your TSH is low than normal, a higher T4 than normal does not mean you have hyperthyroidism. Those symptoms are not common in hyperthyroidism.

Hyperthyroidism or excess thyroid function needs to be evaluated & treated to minimize risk for palpitations, racing heart beat, atrial fibrillation, tremors, anxiety, bulging eyes (exophthalmos), weight loss, bone density loss, etc. Hyperthyroidism might explain some of your symptoms but i'm not sure about red lump & sore nipple (gynecomastia?). Go see your family doc.

It is capable of deactivating our body during dreams such that although we are imaging running in our sleep, our legs don not actually move but may twitch. If you have a pet, this is easily visible while they sleep.
