: Hypertension would be the primary cause. A hypertensive urgency just means an abrupt rise in the blood pressure, usually resulting in symptoms of some sort. See your doctor if your blood pressure is not under good control. Good luck.

Urinary tract: You have a urinary tract infection separate from any candida issues. You need antibiotics. A good naturopath would have started  there. I think a second opinion is mandatory in your situation!

Vaginitis: A vaginal odor is usually caused by certain organisms causing a vaginal infection. Not all infections will produce an odor. Bacterial vaginitis and sometimes trichomonas are the more likely culprits. A left over tampon can also cause an odor. Although urine frequency may mean a bladder infection, vaginitis can also create urethral irritation which will elicit urine frequency. Only testing can tell.

IC: If you are asking if an indewelling catheter in the bladder reliefs the symptoms the answer is no. If intermitent catheterization, specially if medication is put in the bladder, that may help; but a catheter by itself will not help at all.

IBS signs/symptoms?: The GI tract has a very limited # of symptoms to signal its distress--nausea/vomiting, diarrhea/constipation, bloating, pain, fullness, bleeding, etc.  As you know, many of these characterize ibs, but are also seen with inflammatory, infectious, ischemic, malabsorptive, and functional disorders. Directed lab work, imaging, biopsies, stool studies are appropriate in excluding non-ibs pathology.

UTI: You should have had a resolution of your symptoms. It's time to know go back to your doctor to consider a urinary culture  and or another diagnosis

Not indicated: Botox will most likely not help ic are you on elmiron, (pentosan) prosed, or DMSO yet. Cystoscopy and hydrodistention may help think about a second opinion.

Yes, see doctor...: If urine flow slows down soon after its use, watch for incomplete emptying bladder with possible pending urinary retention. So, check with your doctor.

Note: buscopan does slow down bladder contracting ability.

Irritable bowel: is one thing that can explain some of your symptoms, especially if it has been going on for quite some time. Treatment is focusing on treating the main symptom, in this case loose stool or diarrhea. If started happening recently, have think about infection, especially if there is blood and/or mucus in the stool. See your doc for further evaluation and treatment, which may consist of antibiotics
