Echo: What you describe can be within the range of normal for an echo. Pulmonary hypertension is not normal but the measurement of PAP via echo, while very useful is not as accurate as catheter measured pressure. Discuss your situation with your Doc and ask for an explanation of your situation and why he did not seem concerned.

i'm taking orentitram along suppose to take adempas with it three time day 
is this the med that i've got to deal with for how long will it get better in time and what causes the high blood pressure in the lungs how does it start

The cause of: idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension is unknown. Not sure if this is your diagnosis or if you have pulmonary hypertension due to heart or other lung disease or chronic blood clots. Narrowing and/or destruction of your small lung arteries raises pressure impairing blood flow through the lungs. The meds you are taking are typical. It will not improve with time. Work closely with your doctors:)

developed hypertension;water retention, lymphedema;& shortness of breath when not lying down. my x-ray, ecco, heart mr, lungs are ok. whats wrong??

Edema: Shortness of breath despite normal echocardiogram,ekg,lung exam calls for a treadmill stress test and,if negative,pulmonary function studies. Medications like amlodipine, corticosteroids,antiinflammatories like Advil or Aleve can cause ankle edema. Taking a diuretic reverses fluid retention and lowers blood pressure. Potassium must then be monitored though.  A cardiologist is best to advise you.

can pulmonary hypertension resolve when my babies chronic lungs grow?

Sometimes: Newborns don't have as many alveoli as do adults so many chronic problems in childhood can be grown out of such as lung damage from use of a ventilator as a neonate but other conditions grow with the child and usually worsen such as cystic fibrosis so it depends on the cause of the problem.

Indication : Elevated pulmonary artery pressure (like 50 mm hg) is highly suggestive of pulmonary hypertension but not diagnostic. For diagnosis, you need a heart catheterization.

Mild to moderate : Mild to moderate phtn.  Reversibility depends on etiology (underlying cause) so talk to your physician

Pulm HTN after PEs: Repeated pulmonary emboli can damage the lungs.  The right side of the heart pumps right into the lungs.   The hypertension in the lungs may be permanent as a result of the damage caused to the lungs from the previous clots.

Lung: Officially it is a condition of the blood vessels of the lung. The ultimate result of untreated disease however is right sided heart failure.
