hi there had a biopsy on my foliate papillae and it all came back ok but they seem to have got larger and more inflamed is there any chance of cancer.

Foliate papillae: Since the Biopsy came back negative and "OK" as you state, that is good news.  If they continue to enlarge and concern you, be sure to follow-up with the Dr.

No: Their presence is normal - these taste- bud containing papillae are part of normal anatomy of the tongue. They may become inflamed usually due to viral or bacterial infections.

Yes, &amp; genetic test: You should get a repeat colonoscopy and discuss the desirability of getting genetic testing for colon cancer susceptibility with your doctor. You may wish to consult an oncologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine,

i'm 19 and they found 2 inflammatory polyps, .59 cm hyperplastic polyp, and rectal juvenile polyp in my colon. what's the risk of future colon cancer?

Juvenile polyposis: From just the information here, it's impossible to assess your risk. It depends on what type of juvenile polyps they were. Some types of juvenile polyposis syndromes do carry increased risk of colon cancer, but not all do. Your best bet is to discuss this with your gastroenterologist. Good luck.

i had two tubular adnomas removed in '09 at 33, one hyperplastic and one tubular adenoma removed in '12. am i likely to get colon cancer. no fam hstry?

tubular adenomas: The fact that you have tubular adenomas at such an early age probably does slightly raise your lifetime risk of colon carcinoma.  However, now that you know you can have careful followup and screening to make sure all adenomas are removed before they can develop into colon cancer.

i have a inflamed papillae under my tounge (bb size) been that way for about a month or so what can be the cause of this?can it be a cancer of some sort or just irritation from smoking cannabis?or is it normal?

Papillae: I believe that taste buds or papillae are only located on the top surface of the tongue. You may have a cyst or salivary gland duct lump. An Otolaryngologist or oral surgeon can examine and advise you best.

Await biopsy result: That is the point of endoscopy: to see if th e re are any abnormalities, take tissue samples and wait for the pathologist to make a definitive dx

good afternoon doctors. i have 3 kidney cysts. ultrasound showed one cyst had changed to one papilla complex. is this the same as kidney cancer? should i schedule kidney surgery?

: No it is not. It needs to be evaluated with other tests by a Urologist before any surgery is considered. You can not schedule a surgery on your own . It is the purview of a Urologist should it be indicated
