Sure, use together: You probably do not have to wait between insertions, but just to be sure, I would wait a few minutes.  I would use the lacrisert (hydroxypropyl cellulose) first.

Great question!: Cellulose is an insoluble fiber, the kind that most of us don't eat enough of. It helps to move contents through the GI tract, helps the colon to do its work better, decreases chances for diverticulitis, and maybe also for several kinds of cancer. Can you tell I'm a fan??

No: Mesothelioma is usually caused by asbestos exposure. There are two types of asbestos involved, the first which causes lung cancer and the second is associated with mesothelioma. Since this is the only thing clearly associated with mesothelioma, all other cases of mesothelioma occur with no clear cause. Asbestos exposure can cause cancer decades after exposure.

Genetics of enzymes: Human's cannot successfully breakdown cellulose.  We have enzymes to breakdown and metabolize other starches and sugars, although some pathways may be deficient if there is a genetic defect for the specific enzymatic process, most commonly seen with lactose intolerance.  Note that some of these enzymes are also produced by gut bacteria.

Not useful: The so-called supplement capsule are not and will not do any good for you, other than lightening your wallet.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No effect: Cellulose microcrystalilne is inert meaning it has no effect on the body.  It is the binder for pills.  There will be no effect on Yaz birth control pills. However carb blocker pills do not work.  Save your money.

sir i am using carboxy methyl cellulose eye drops for dust allergy problems from 1mnth.eye irritation came down but eye reddishness remains. pls help.

Eye allergy: Over the counter, alaway ; zaditor are safe for long term use. Other eye drops are fine for short term as long as you don't have issues that would Prohibit you from use of decongestants. Besides allergen avoidance, tear replacement to help with dry eye, and good eye wear protection, patanol/pataday, optivar, bepreve, elestat, and Lastacaft (alcaftadine) are usual choices. Some burn or tingle with application.
