Can do : Normal pressure hydrocephalus can affect the lower extremities and the gait. If there is raised intracranial pressure headache, vomiting and mental changes can occur lower extremity weakness can follow see your neurologist.

Hard to say : It is very hard to answer why you might be having those symptoms without doing a complete history and physical exam. The gold standard for evaluation of syringomyelia involves getting an MRI scan of your brain and spinal cord. An evaluation by a neurologist or neurosurgeon may be needed.

Hydrocephalus: A combination of both hydrocephalus and spina bifida is not good. The ability to walk is related to the level of neurological injury and in this case it appears to go to the hips. Independent walking with braces very unlikely but may change in the future as more mechanical devices are designed to assist in walking.

Realize it is: Happening is the first best step. Then relax, depending on where the spasm is walk or do something to either distract or work it out. Also try to figure out what the triggers are, emotional or physical, and get to work on them, be patient it might take time. If physical youigjt need help from your doc.

Probably: Basically, this is not a problem -- unless there is associated weakness. If it is just a  difference in size-- you can do exercises to build up muscle. Consult your physician, podiatrist or neurologist for a more definitive diagnosis;.

Ring worm: It can be treated with anti-fungal cream. If not successful, can switch to oral anti-fungal medication. Please see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Bowing leg: If the x-rays were normal than by definition there is nothing to "cure"…she's normal.  Many children start out with bowed legs but as they walk more and grow, that becomes less significant/obvious. If you are still worried discuss with your child's doctor for further information and referral if deemed necessary.
