Overweight results from an imbalance of execess calories taken in (eating) and inadequate amount of energy spent because of sedentary habits. So you have to make 2 changes  in order to achieve this goal and these are: 
 Eat less and Exercise more, daily.

Psychiatrists can provide meds, but do not usually provide therapy and do not do comprehensive testing as do neuropsychologists. Psychologists can provide good therapy, but cannot usually do in-depth testing or provide meds.

Hemachromatosis: hemachromatosis is iron overload, a condition in which excess iron builds up in certain areas of the body; the iron can even cause diabetes, liver failure, arthritis and problems with the function of the heart.  it can either be primary (inherited), or secondary, because of another problem, such as frequent transfusions or excess iron intake.  treatment varies depending on the cause.

HIDA scan: Is a nuclear medicine test that evaluates the gallbladder, bile ducts, and liver.  Pictures are taken after a special dye is injected into a vein.  The patient may be given a fatty meal.

Sometimes: You may feel a little discomfort when the medication is initially injected, but then the worst discomfort comes from having to lie still for an hour.  If the dye does not get o the small intestine in that time, another medicine is often used to stimulate the gallbladder to contract.  This can also cause some cramping and discomfort...But usually it is very mild.

If they use Kinevac (cck) you may experience abdominal discomfort or nausea, although these effects are more pronounced following rapid infusion which most center don&#x27;t use these days.
