2 wks ago i gave oral sex to a woman i did not know well.  yesterday i started breaking out around my mouth.  looks and feels like small pimples or rash.  just started.  do not look like warts.  hpv?

Need to be seen: This is probably an infection -- several come to mind, including chancroid -- and your physician needs to see it.

today a bump appeared outer vagina(labia)been tested for herpes and it was negative but supposedly have high risk hpv, ogbyn didnt do pap smear because im 19, high risk doesnt mean genital warts right? could it just be a pimple? it looks like?

: Probably it's just a pimple. Genital warts don't look at all like pimples. However, 50% of sexually active people your age test positive for HPV, so these two problems likely are unrelated. You probably had a Pap smear previously, when tested for HPV:  that's the only situation in which women normally are tested for HPV. If in doubt about any of this, discuss with your doctor.

a doctor removed hpv warts about 7 months ago. it's been a month or so that i noticed another little one appearing. hoping i can make it go away i have tried peeling creams and anti acne creams but it doesn't :( does this mean i should visit the doc?

Your choice: This strain of HPV can trigger persistent wart outbreaks until your system develops an adequate immune response &amp; stops doing so. This happens in most by 2 yrs after the primary infection. Laser ablation or freezing are quicker methods than chemical destruction.

: Most ObGs understand that newly diagnosed HPV does not necessarily mean the virus was acquired recently, or that sexual infidelity is involved. It has been estimated that a quarter of all people get genital warts at one time or another. None of them "deserve" them and neither do you. This isn't your fault or the fault of any past sex partner. It's just part of life. Good luck in your treatment.

Skin line disruption: Along with the other answers, there is obvious disruption of the normal skin lines of the feet when encountering a wart.  Callouses will have skin lines running through them, but warts will have a 'stop-and-start'; distribution to the skin lines.
