Not really: There is not a commercially available test for men to get an hpv test. Men can and should get vaccinated between the ges of 9-26 just like women. If genital  warts are visible this is a sign of hpv. Up to 80% of men will be exposed to hpv by age 30.

Oral HPV? : Oral contact with an individual with HPV could be transferred with subsequent genital contact from your mouth to your genital region (wiping after urination, for example).  There are only a few strains of HPV which cause cervical cancer, so your next pap smear will indicate which (if any) you may have.  Ask your gyn physician for followup advice.

HPV: We don't do c sections for non genital hpv and even with the genital hpv, we only do it if the warts appear to be severe and or obstructive to the birth canal.  I have not seen any issues in babies born to mothers of non wart hpv.  In the us we think as many as 35% of women by age 25 have this form of hpv.

Yes: Hpv is just contact; you don't need full penetration to touch infected tissue to mucosa.

Different strains : There are over 120 extreme's of hpv. Types 16 and 18 are the most common that cause cervical cancer. Six and 11 are the most common types that cause genital warts.

: If someone is exposed to these specific risk strains (7)after being fully vaccinated, they may avoid infection and cervical cancer. There may be other HPV strains not in the vaccine that could cause it. The antibodies developed naturally after infection or vaccine will not 100% prevent all risk of cancer. Regular Pap smears, likely less frequently, will be the standard care for the near future.

: Contact with the virus, whether through actual sexual intercourse, or "foreplay" with vaginal insertion of fingers with viral presence, c transmission of the virus can be with one of multiple sub-types, including "high risk" sub-types.

HPV ?'s: HPV is highly contagious and may be transmitted from genital contact with virus if present in the "unwashed underwear".  There are many different genetic variants of HPV, only a few of which are more likely to cause abnormal cells in the cervix, and those are detectable and treatable early if pap smears are done regularly.

HPV : Hpv can be transmitted through oral sex as well as kissing with an open mouth. The strains of hpv that cause cervical cancer are also a high-risk factor for developing certain oral cancers. In addition to hpv other std's that are transmitted via oral sex include herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, hiv(low risk), intestinal parasites (amebiasis), and hepatitis a. 
So you can tell your husband that "just oral sex" is not just oral sex because it carries a risk of contracting an std and potentially passing it on to an innocent partner.
