Patellofemoral pain: Sounds like patellofemoral pain syndrome. You could try nsaids, quadriceps (vmo) strengthening with terminal knee extension exercises and hamstring stretching.

OTC : Otc pain meds will temporarily relieve your symptoms, but you need to determine why you have a toothache, and get it fixed, or it will get worse.

The only way to do that is to make an appointment with your dentist.

how do u treat a suspect menial meniscus minor damage not caused by trauma, pain after a hard run but not during run?

Accepted Answer

Varies: It varies somewhat based upon your symptoms and a more specific diagnosis.  For example, it may be consistent with early degeneration if the meniscus and then may be treated with activity modification and possibly injection therapy.  It could be related to a alignment issue and sometimes an off loafing brace can be helpful.  Don’t hesitate to discuss the specifics of your case with your doctor.

Yes, they do: mostly, they overload the sensitory system and  the cough trigger is overwhelmed so you don't notice the triggers of the cough as much. Plain hard candy works. More stimulation (hot/irritation/etc) work better.
