Not good! : Noxema is oil based so it is not good for acne.  Prescription strength benzoyl peroxide is scent free and a great first step in treating acne.  For over thr counter try the neutrogena wash with 2% salicylic acid, the " orange one" walmart has a generic which is cheaper.

Sunburn - haven't: heard of using Noxzema for this. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications can help sunburn pain. Cool compresses &amp; aloe vera  can be applied directly from the plant to the affected area.

Acne Blemish: The treatment depends on the problem causing the blemish is it a hyperpigmented scar, a depression, an ice pick, a cyst, etc. Depending on the diagnosis treatments include: bleaching agents, peels, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, skin needling, camouflage, tattoo, excision, grafting, fillers, fat grafting, puch grafting, soft tissue rearrangement, etc.

Birth control pills: You could take birth control pills, weight loss and metformin to help pcos. Weight loss is also very important to clearing your acne. You may consider seeing a dermatologist if the acne is painful and cystic.

Cetaphil: The cleanser is gentle and won't aggrevate acne, although it has nothing in it to actually treat acne.  If you are looking for a product to hep with acne i would try neutrogena acne wash.  It contains 2% salicylic acid which can help with your acne.

Not well: Noxema is not a treatment for acne or hyperpigmentation.  Unless your skin is very dry it may clog the pores and lead to more acne.  There several causes for hyperpigmentaion and the treatment is selected depending on the cause.  See your dermatologist.

No: Putting your semen on the lesions isn't going to help. This is the 21st century and you have a right to be treated effectively. I start with topical Clindamycin plus either benzoyl peroxide or a retinoic acid derivative. If required, an oral antibiotic such as Erythromycin or tetracycline will clear most acne. Dermatologists have the big guns. You owe it to yourself. Good luck.
