Not well: Noxema is not a treatment for acne or hyperpigmentation. Unless your skin is very dry it may clog the pores and lead to more acne. There several causes for hyperpigmentaion and the treatment is selected depending on the cause. See your dermatologist.

Not effective: It does not have ingredients to work on acne and is soothing but will not decrease increased pigmentation.
