Birth control pills: You could take birth control pills, weight loss and metformin to help pcos. Weight loss is also very important to clearing your acne. You may consider seeing a dermatologist if the acne is painful and cystic.

Birth control pills: Birth control pills help to reduce acne by lowering the amount of free testosterone in your blood. Other medicines like spironolactone can be used if birth control pills don't help enough on their own. See an ob/gyn or a reproductive endocrinologist. Noxzema is ok to use. If your acne is not getting better you may need to see a dermatologist.
