Noxzema mask for sunburn/red spots/acne, is this effective?

Sunburn - haven't: heard of using Noxzema for this. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications can help sunburn pain. Cool compresses & aloe vera can be applied directly from the plant to the affected area.
