Aloe, ointment, doc: Apply a good quality aloe vera gel on it to reduce pain and inflammation. Apply a zinc based antibiotic cream to prevent infection. See a doctor as soon as possible to further evaluation.

Scalding burns: Do u have blisters over the burna rea? If so u should see a doctor. If not u can get silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) ointment to put over the area of burn. If it is infected u should see a doc asap too. Dont wear any tight or rough clothing over it. Loose bandage is okay if it is just red and sore and not infected. Bacitracin application also helps.

Cold compresses: Sorry to hear.  Apply cold compresses to the area.  After about 20-30 minutes, check the blisters to see if they are getting worse.  It sounds like a second degree burn.  Get topical silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) and apply to blisters and dress it with sterile dressing.  Deroofing blisters may need a doctor to examine first.  Hope this helps.

Depends on patient: First, remove any additional heat (e.g. If there are wet clothes). If the burn is first degree (like a sunburn), no more care may be necessary except pain control. Second degree burns (blistering) need medical attention. Third degree (no feeling) needs surgery. However, the exact needs vary in terms of location, patient age, health etc.

Cool compresses: First degree burns are like sunburns. The skin is red but there are no blisters. Cool compresses are all that is needed. Second degree burns have blisters and they are treated with antibacterial cream (usually Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) or Bacitracin). Rarely, a deep second degree burn may need a skin graft. Third degree burns are pale and painless and very often require skin grafting unless tiny.

See a dermatologist: You have not named your soap or lotion.  Use a skin cleanser with a ph of 7 or less: dove is easy to find. Use a cream with ceramides such as eucerin, cerave, cetaphil.

previously treated for acid reflux in 2019 and suspect i might have triggered the disease again recently by having a lot of lemons in hot water. currently on a prescription of pantoprazole 40mg for the last two weeks with little improvements.

Dry cough: This may be an asthma equivalent, that is a persistent cough without associated wheezing or sputum production. A bronchodilator, corticosteroid combination inhaler would help that type of cough. If you think it's reflux, avoid alcohol,caffeine,nicotine and continue the pantoprazole. If not improved, consult a pulmonologist for evaluation and advice.

applied permethrin 2 times week apart for scabies. treated whole family and cleaned everything with hot water. after 2 weeks got 3 new red bumps and itchy. still scabies infested or post scabies itching?

: Somewhat difficult to completely remove this pest.  You have to clean any fabric that might have come in touch with who ever had the scabies.  The most likely thing is that the pest is still there in much less heavy dose.  You can broaden the protection with anti-insect spray in your house where activity has been present.

Clarify: Hot water can burn. In the house with small children it is recommended to have the thermostat on the hot water heater decreased to 120 degrees to prevent burns. This prevents burns. Don't jut get in a tub of hot water if you haven't tested to see how hot it is. Basically common sense.
