Hot water safety?

Clarify: Hot water can burn. In the house with small children it is recommended to have the thermostat on the hot water heater decreased to 120 degrees to prevent burns. This prevents burns. Don't jut get in a tub of hot water if you haven't tested to see how hot it is. Basically common sense.

Water: Never leave a child alone, while in the tub. Hot water heater temperatures should be 120-125F. At this temp, if they turn the water on themselves, it takes a minute to get burned. If it's hot water on the stove; watch the child, and keep pot handles turned in.
