i take100mg topamax (topiramate) for migraine with 200mg seroquel topamax (topiramate) cuts my appetite when waking up i can't fall asleep easier should i take topamax (topiramate) earlier?

Depends : If topamax (topiramate) is keeping you awake, it certainly can be taken earlier. If your are on seroquel xr, you should take it earlier ( by 3-4hours) so it peaks and makes you sleepy at bedtime. If it is regular release, take it 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime. If you are driving in the evening you should not take your medications until you are ready for bed. If this does not help, consider melatonin.

prescribed reglan to alternate with imitrex for acute migraine attacks. i take topimax, doxipin and seroquel. what im reading is scaring me. dr. said possible interactions but these sound severe. are these agents ever safe to combine?

Rx moderation: That regimen should be alright if the doses moderate.  Clearly, you could develop issues with overheating with first two and irregular rhythm with last two.  Very important--are they helping h/a?  New onset h/a, after MVA?  Need to know cause and perhaps better able to focus treatment for your individual case.

Yes, : Yes, you would benefit from a neurologic exam and diagnostic studies including imaging of your brain if there are any abnormalities on the exam.

You may also benefit from an eeg as your past history puts you at greater risk for seizures.

i 2k seroquel (quetiapine) xr 50 mg for 3 days and stopped cause of the side effects to tired working 2 jobs 2 tired. have bad migraines is it side effects.

Seroquel (quetiapine): I am not sure why the seroquel (quetiapine) was prescribed for you, but perhaps the 50mg dose was too high.  It can cause tiredness and drowsiness.   You could talk with your doctor about a lower dose (25mg is available) if this is still needed.

i'm 16&have untreated plagiocephaly , i wore a helmet as a baby, but it didn't help treat it. i suffer from a daily migraine disorder, could this be linked to it? and is it treatable? i hate the shape of my head!! thank you!!

Varies: Some people take otc pain pills, some stay out of light, others take prescription medications. I feel this will vary per individual and each individuals tolerance to pain.  You should go to your doctor for definitive treatment plans and see if you can find out why you are having the migranes and potentially stop them all together.

Several possibilitie: First identifying triggers in the diet or lifestyle are important as that may abort them altogether. I also suggest chinese medicine and acupuncture as I have seen headaches disappear during treatment. There are also medications that can help a great deal when one starts.. So having several options is very helpful!
