OTC creams: Tinea pedis or athlete's foot often involves the area between the toes. Anti fungal creams are effective for tines pedis whereas Hydrocortisone cream would typically be effective for eczema. Most cases of eczema need moisturizing while tines pedis areas need to be kept dry.

Many options: For mild to moderate eczema, many people use over-the-counter creams, plus visit their primary care doctors. Hydrocortisone cream (up to 2 weeks) is cheap, available at most stores, and works well. A daily moisturizing cream used 2-4 times a day helps to heal eczema &amp; to prevent return of the rash. Examples: Cetaphil, CeraVe, Eucerin. Some people avoid creams with lanolin, aloe, or fragrances.

Cover w/occlusion...: With a break in the skin from either eczema (dry skin condition) and/or blisters, it hurts when pressure is applied on the foot because the skin will stretch and the sites are "raw".  A way to calm the foot as well as provide some counter for the dryness is to apply cream, lotion and/or ointment under occlusion  (coverage) - using such things as Saran wrap, gel socks and/or bandage dressing.

i have small little clusters of blisters on my feet which i think are dyshidrotic eczema. (had since a kid) but now its flaring up a lot. i previously used steroid(0.05%) treatment but after a few days of not using, it came back. how can i treat it?

: You may need a prescription ointment to treat your eczema. If you see a skin doctor, they can treat it more effectively than over the counter treatments. So, get an appointment with a skin doctor to make sure the diagnosis is correct and then provide a more effective treatment. Best of luck to you!!

i think my son has dyshidrotic eczema. he has developed tiny blisters on the palm his hands and soles of his feet. it is intensely itchy and affecting him throughout the day. what can i treat it with? what could have been the possible cause?

Allergies: The cause of dyshidrotic eczema is unknown. However, it can be associated with a skin disorder called atopic dermatitis, and seasonal allergies. You may help prevent the condition by managing allergies, stress and avoiding exposure to metal salts, such as cobalt and nickel. You can apply OTC topical corticosteroids, see a Dr for phototherapy, botox injections and immune suppressing ointment.

i have toenail fungus & have infection or eczema on the skin of my 2 big toes. it keeps peeling to the point its raw. can you help me treat both plz?

Topicals or systemic: topical creams are advertised heavily. However, I believe over the counter Lamisil is more effective on skin and I believe toe nails. However, I also believe you need to develop a preventative plan. A plan to limit your ability to acquire this type of infection. A podiatrist should be able to help develop such a plan.

Fast? No.: Unfortunately, i don't even have a cure. But a mid-strength corticosteroid cream that's been approved for use by children will control it in most cases. Most kids outgrow their eczema, but there is no way to predict how long that will take.

Eczema of feet: You can get painful; small blister like lesions on soles of feet or palms of heads called dyshidrotic eczema.  It is made worse by summer heat or dry winter air and usually itches and is painful.  I t can cause cracking of skin on toes or fingers.  It affects 10% women and 4% of mean and usually starts between ages 20-40.  You should see a dermatologist

You haven't stated : What you tried as a treatment. One thing to consider is a visit to a holistic medical doctor. Skin conditions often can be controlled by the various diets one is on. 
This is assuming the tradional treatments had no effect on you.
