: If you note no other abnormalities there, this appears to be an irritable superficial nerve localized to that segment of your lip. I consider it a nuisance disorder and not a serious oral or neurological issue. If you still have concerns you could consult an oral surgeon for evaluation and advice.

Rash: sounds like intertrgio.  it can be treated with creams.  better see your physician in person to be sure.

hi, my twin baby girls born 5 days back. one baby is missing fibula bone and one finger in her right leg. moreover, the tibia bone is also not straight and it has caused the right leg be around 5 cm shorter than left one. please advise if treatable?

: A Pediatric Orthopedic consultation is recommended. Images may be interpreted by a Pediatric radiologist. A treatment and rehabilitation plan will then be formulated. The hips should be examined and a complete physical exam is suggested. Ensure adequate Vitamin D and Calcium intake.

It depends: Most patients with spondylolysis do not require surgery but when symptoms are not relieved with non surgical treatments, then patients may require surgery. There are two types of surgery for this condition:
lamenectomy and spinal fusion, could combined or spinal fusion could done alone.

BIliary obstruction: You would be foolish to ignore surgical options if this is a gallstone, cancer, or bile duct stricture. Non-surgical cholestasis is often due to some medication and finding which one and going on something different is your physician's task. If you have primary biliary cirrhosis or one of the other medical illnesses that produces cholestasis, talk with your physician abound an adjunct supplement.

Bacteria, yes: Sebaceous gland ductal obstruction, secondary infection common. Usually low grade. It not understood completely why. Low dose prolonged antibiotic, local care and vit. Supplement will help.

Do follow it up: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. You've got some clearly-abnormal cells growing in the very surface layer of your cervix. They are not an immediate danger but are the breeding ground for nastier stuff. It's more likely than not to self-cure but you'll probably have a discussion with your physician, a possible HPV virus test / biopsy / laser / management. Stay on top of it.

: Benign tumors of parotid are more common than cancers. Even Cancers can be treated. It is imperative that you see your doctor at your earliest.

is bell clapper deformity treatable? im fairly certain thats the reason for my intermittent torsion. my left testicle is also facing downwards at a very uncomfortable position in my groin?

: Bellclapper testis which is responsible for intermittent torsion should be &amp; is very easy to correct by scrotal fixation. Requires 3 non-absorbable sutures pexing (fixing) testis to inner wall of scrotum to prevent twisting. Left testis should not be in uncomfortable position in groin &amp; likely incompletely descended. Pediatric or general urologist can easily correct both problems. Good luck.

there is a new treatment for fibroids called acessa. i was hoping i coul have it done in canada? i also have a 9 cm cyst on my right ovary and 5 cm on the left. wondering if that is treatable the same way ? :)

Not the same: Accessa sort of liquifies uterine fibroids through thermal ablation. This is not an appropriate treatment for ovarian cysts. It is a newer technology for fibroids with a somewhat mixed clinical results. Widespread adoption has not yet occurred but there are Gyn surgeons who really like it.
