i have had a swollen knuckle for 2 months now?

Was there: any trauma?  More information is needed. It is unusual to have a single knuckle (finger JOINT) enlargement without trauma..(arthritic disorders usually invlove multiple joints. In any case you need to have an xray and your PCP (Primary Care Provider) can order this and proceed from the results!

Buddy strapping: Use a tape to strap your affected finger to the adjacent finger for support.
If you keep experiencing ongoing pain then an X Ray is a wise idea.
Most finger sprains recover within 2-3 weeks provided you keep it well supported and do not hurt it again during sport

Get evaluated: First of all, get it evaluated and x rayed to rule out a fracture. Secondly, find a way to control your anger.

Have it evaluated: Punching anything is dangerous and puts you at risk of a fracture of the hand (called a Boxer's fracture) .  You might have also embedded material from the wall into your skin or deeper tissues.  This can result in a serious infection.

odd... a couple hours ago my middle knuckle on my pinky fingers started aching. now its swollen + tender to the touch. any suggestions on how to treat?

Finger: You may have inadvertently injured it.I think the pain will disappear in time if necessary you can take an anti-inflammatory

how do you treat tendonitis in the wrist? both of my hands are swollen and there is a knot on the top of my wrist on the thumb side, in line with the index finger. my finger knuckles are numb when popped and feel weird. that's what i think it is. ty?

how do you treat ice burns on skin? they are 2 days old and still red and swollen. area is about half the size of my hand.

Frostbite: Since they are 2 days old, they are probably already rewarmed. Treat the area like a thermal burn. Keep it covered with dry sterile dressings. If blisters develop, seek medical attention.
