i am choking with saliva in my sleep and also recently i am choking even awake. saliva just rushes into my throat and chokes me?

Nocturnal events: Would be suspicious of chronic sinusitis and/ or GERD, as a mechanism.  Need to see your doctor, get this diagnosed and treated.  This can be reversed, but do not wait.  (suppose under current circumstances, COVID-19 should be R/o'd, but less likely explanation)

past couple months i woke up choking and couldnt breath. during the day i have to force my throat to swallow saliva on and offbut  not drinks or food ?

Time to see the Dr.: Such symptoms are possibly due to achalasia (or other causes). One can see her primary care doctor, who can refer to a gastroenterology doctor if needed. Achalasia is when the lower end of the esophagus is too tight, and swallowed liquids and foods have a hard time getting into the stomach, and thus remain in the esophagus and flow back into the throat when a person lies down or bends over.

i feel like i'm choking on my saliva it feels like its dripping in the back of my throat. when it happens my mouth gets dry but i still feel the drip?

Post-nasal drip: You may have a condition termed "post-nasal drip"-which basically means secretions from your nasal cavity are running down your throat.  Sometimes this condition may respond to antihistamine medication such as cetirizine or loratadine.

Sleep apnea: This symptom is typical of sleep Apnea. If you also snore and have excessive daytime sleepiness then a sleep study is certainly a good idea.

i swallowed like a teaspoon of soap, specifically "suave juicy orange liquid hand wash." my throat burns, i keep choking, saliva keeps forming in my mouth ... what should i do? i cant call 911 (personal reasons?

No risk of harm: Just drink a bunch of water. Your symptoms probably will clear up soon. There is no risk of serious harm.

Be seen: What you are describing medically would be called dysphagia, there are multiple causes.  Among the more common is chronic reflux disease leading to constrict ute of the esophagus.  Consider being seen.  Work up would likely include a swallowing study and an egd.

i am being treated for strep throat with azithromycin. i close my eyes to sleep i am awaken by choking or no air.what can i do to get some sleep?

May need to see doc: Sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, you will not sleep well until it passes. Make sure ou keep hydrated and take a mixture of Tylenol, an antihistamine and a decongestant. Sleep on your side or stomache if you can. See a doctor if the chocking is alarming you.

Weight loss?: If you have not lost weight, it is not an emergent issue and not likely to be serious. However, it would be prudent to consult a pulmonologist- lung doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

That can occur but: Most often a person coughs vigorously.  When there is an area of irritation it can feel like something is caught in the throat.

Zenker: Zenker diverticulum might fit the description. Other possibilities also exist, it requires examination. Ask your dr, get better soon.
