Sleep study: You should first be evaluated by a physician who can examine you and make sure there are no other obvious causes of breathing difficulty. The best way to evaluate sleep apnea vs upper airway resistance syndrome is  with an overnight sleep study. You may be monitored in a sleep lab or sometimes at home with many sensors to help make a diagnosis.

You : You are most likely having a severe muscle spasm.  You can try ice, advil, (ibuprofen) and very gentle stretching.  A physical therapist may be helpful.  The other thing we always worry about with leg pain however i will mention, and that is a blood clot.  If you have any history of clots, or have swelling, severe pain, increased pain when the leg is down, chest pain, or shortness of breath, then you must go to the er to evaluate it.

PT then reevaluation: Most ankle sprains injure the outer ankle ligaments(inversion injury). The pain last1-6 weeks. If after 12 weeks with time and physical therapy pain persists , particularly if it it on the inner aspect an orthooedic re-evaluation is necessary. Ther emay be an occult fracture there, tendon or nerve injury as part of the original injury. Often a MRI or ct scan may help diagnose the problem.

Grab your waist: If you're a man, you can diet until you can see your muscle definition (abs, etc.) and it will benefit you. If you're a woman, it's good to have enough subcuteous fat to grip but not have your fingers on either side more than an inch or two apart -- a little bit of body fat is healthy for you. Of course, it's great to do both muscle-toning and losing weight.

i literally can relax my muscles and they will tighten back within 10 mins whether standing or sitting. i cant massage my muscles everytime they tense?

Tense muscles can: be loosened w/massage or hot shower but if they tighten up significantly and quickly you need to find the root of the muscle tension.  Low magnesium is one possibility.  Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions.  Consider seeing a mental health professional for stress management.  Peace and good health.

See details: It is difficult to postulate a cause. The only suggestion I have is to see an orthopedist if the discomfort is an issue. Otherwise, see if it resolves with time.

See your doctor: It would be best to see the doctor that prescribed you this medication.  Ciprofloxacin is usually a well tolerated medicine however it is possible you suffered an adverse effect.

It can: Anxiety causes many physical symptoms all over your body -- including muscle tension in shoulders and neck.  Some people take pain meds for this, but a more direct intervention is to help the anxiety itself.  You can see a therapist to explore & deal with your anxiety.  If need be, antianxiety medications may also be used. You can also help yourself by getting massage, doing deep breathing, etc.

Tight shoulder: Adequate warmup, stretch before. Adequate cooldown, stretch after a workout or exercise. Ice followed by heat.Occasional topical creams.
