Get it checked out: Could be nothing but could be a clinically significant tachycardia like svt if it is particularly fast. Best way to diagnose is by an ekg while the heart is beating fast. Try to get to a doctors office or er if that happens so an ekg can be obtained. Lots of treatments available but need an ekg to diagnose first!

Heat: Heat is best. You can use a topical cream like Ben-Gay or IcyHot, heating pads (be careful not to burn yourself, don't use a heating pad when sleeping). Very gentle stretching. You can also take some anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen.

Multiple causes: Dehydration, or not drinking enough water, can cause this, along with multiple electrolyte disorders, such as too much sodium in your diet. Lack of stretching and exercise could be the cause. You should see your physician to give you a full evaluation.
