Consistent am/pm ok: Am or pm , when you take consistently take around almost same time , irrespective of morning or evening. But don't take them as supplemets for long periods, then your body's natural capacity to derive from natural sources like food, sunlight ecetera will not be done without proper stimulation/demand .Unless your doctor/specialist recommends continuos supplemetnts, give breaks. Take maximum fo 3-6  m.

5000 IU with food: Almost everyone in the us needs to take 5000 iu/day from oct.-april to attain optimal levels & take year-round if you avoid the sun. Best with food, any time of day. Research shows many benefits of taking vit d including prevention of many forms of cancer, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes & depression. It also enhances immune function, reducing risk of influenza.

Under normal: situations, 500 mg of Vitamin C is adequate. Too much of it may lead to kidney stones over several months or years.  Some prefer  to get the Vitamin C from  fresh fruit eg,  citrus juice, cranberry  etc

Overdone: If you want to waste your money , go ahead. The end result is, youre going to pee it out without any benefit gained from the extra vitamin.

Depends.: Quetiapine is a sedating major tranquilizer and also long acting. It might help if you take this medication earlier in the evening  such as 7 or 8 PM and so you will feel more energetic the following day. It is best to take your multivitamin in the morning after breakfast.

i had a stool this morning that is very dark brown/black. not tarry or smelly. i take no medication except vitamin. i drank wine last night. blood?

Dark stool: Iron  makes the stool black, so if it in your vitamins that could be the cause . In fact  the reason blood makes  the stool black is because of the iron in blood. Discuss with your doctor /urgent care over next 2 weeks
