Not Likely: I do not like to give patients Zyrtec-D on a regular basis because the pseudoephedrine in it can cause increased heart rate, blood pressure, insomnia, irritability, and agitation.  Prilosec can cause some vitamins and minerals not to absorb into the body from the digestive tract as easily so if you are seriously working out you might discuss this with your doc.  These don't interact with creatine.

Special products are just a way of getting your money by feeding on your desire for quick results.

Shouldn't be a prob.: As long as you take them with enough water there shouldn't be a problem.  Unfortunately neither of these have great evidence to support their use.  Creatinine is taken to help with muscle growth and endurance, but controlled studies have been conflicting.  Tribulus is used to increase testosterone levels, but once again this didn't prove true in controlled studies.

Yes, but: Often people complain of fluid retention, so may need to add a fluid pill if needed.
