i worked on my trapezius and its super sore and i know that it's going to take days to heal, but what can i do for now, to lower the pain?

Ice and ibuprofen: You can apply an ice pack to your sore muscle.  Also take ibuprofen (motrin) for the inflammation.

when i walk my right shoulder sits lower than my left one. after 10 min of walking my right shoulder and right trapezius hurt. why?

Muscle/nerve injury?: You are describing what sounds like a muscle weakness issue. The trapezius muscle and rhomboids are most likely involved. Direct muscle weakness or injury to the motor nerve "powering" those scapular (shoulder blade) stabilizing muscles needs to be evaluated by a musculoskeletal expert. Seek evaluation with either a sports medicine trained physician (orthopaedic surgeon or family practice).

will strengthening the trapezius muscle decrease neck pain?

Depends: This totally depends on the cause of your neck pain. Strengthening the muscles supporting your neck can help the pain but strengthening some but not all of these muscles can make it worse. You need to work with a physician and/or physical therapist and craft a specific plan to treat the specific cause of your neck pain.

what can i do to? and how long would it take to heal?
the pain spreads to my neck, upper & lower back & arms.

Depends: It is a little unusual to have a "pinched nerve in my trapezius" as you put it.  Pinched nerves in the neck are fairly common, or muscular injuries to the trapezius also.  I would encourage you to be seen if it does not get better soon.

i have a constant pain in my trapezius which , makes my fingers feel like they are going numb, the pain in my trapezius is temporarily relieved when i do certain stretches but the tingling sensation in my fingers do not stop.

Whenever : Whenever experiencing new symptoms, it is always best to be evaluated by a physician, as musculoskeletal symptoms (i.e. From muscle or nerve) can overlap visceral symptoms (i.e. Left arm tingling due heart issues).  A physician would speak with you and examine you and correlate such to ensure appropriate diagnosis and treatment.  If you are not experiencing any other symptoms that would suggest this is cardiac related (i.e. Right sided symptoms only, no breathing difficulty, no chest pain, no nausea/ vomiting, no palpitations), then this is more likely musculoskeletal.

Typically pain in the trapezius with accompanying limb tingling can come from a few different sources:
-myofascial pain is a condition in which one may have inflammation, tightness, pain in the fascia, which is the connective tissue that covers the muscles.  This can hit muscles in isolation or in groups.  This can also be associated with trigger points which are tight bands of tissue within the fascia that can cause referred symptoms (i.e. Tingling) in a specific distribution.  
-muscle strain, in which the muscle was overworked or strained.  Would not usually account for the tingling and thus, may have two separate issues ongoing at the same time
-cervical radiculopathy, or pinched nerve in the neck, that may cause such arm symptoms.  Any muscles supplied by the involved nerve may go into spasm, thus causing pain in the trapezius area.  Pinched nerves can come from a variety of sources, including a herniated disc.
-carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve conditions can also lead to hand tingling, but usually will not account for the arm tingling.  Carpal tunnel involves the median nerve and typically hits the thumb, index and middle finger (sometimes the ring finger as well), while ulnar neuropathy generally hits the ring and pinkie fingers.

There are a variety of causes for your complaints but i've touched on the more common musculoskeletal conditions.  Treatment would vary depending on the cause.  Furthermore, any physician would also need to know your medical history to ensure that treatment is safe for you at that time.

i have limited opening of my right jaw. if i don't employ myfront teeth in chewing, will i get tmj pain and even great ball of soreness in lower right trapezius?

Yes: I would say so, it is not uncommon the have swollen lymph nodes during a viral or bacterial infection.  Certainly it should resolve quickly as you otherwise begin to feel better and if it persists I would definitely be seen.

Urgent Care facility: Don't go to er if urgent care is available.Er cost & wait-time is much worse.Consider heating pad/ice, otc meds (ex. Ibuprofen, icyhot, aspercreme) for tonight. Tomorrow, go see your neighborhood osteopathic doctor for a consultation. Hands-on exam & treatment could well help. Much trap pain is actually due to neck, thoracic spine, or rib dysfunction- all treatable by osteopathic manipulation.

Shoulder retraction: By strengthening the traps and periscapular muscles, it helps to hold your shoulders back. This better upper back posture can help pain in this area. Work on shoulder shrugs and scapular squeezes daily to improve posture and thus pain.
