Do you mean physical: Effects of anxiety. Anxiety symptoms can include feeling nervous or irritable, muscle tension (esp. In neck, shoulders ; back), poor quality or minimal sleep, lack of concentration ; easy fatiguability. Lump in throat or butterfly in stomach sensation can occur. The best way to address by getting your anxiety addressed. Would start w med eval to rule out medical causes. Psych eval is recommended.

My back or kidney?: When you experience "pain in my kidney" it is most likley not pain in your kidney and most likely due to a musculo-skeletal condition. This is especially true if there are no associated symptoms or history of renal disease. Always consult your doctor when in doubt. The doctors in-person intuition alone can often tell him or her where the pain is coming from, something not possible on the internet.

does anyone know what side effectcs are if i suddenly stop taking carbidopa?

Usually none: I presume that you are on carbidopa/levodopa (sinemet (carbidopa and levodopa)), probably for parkinson disease or possibly for restless legs.  If your dose is not high, you can just stop it.  There is a theoretical risk of a bad neurological symptoms if stopping a high dose quickly.

If you are taking just Carbidopa , which is sometimes given in pd to help with sinemet (carbidopa and levodopa) nausea, it can be stopped  quickly.

Sounds like vertigo: It sounds like u have mild vertigo.  Often vertigo is caused by little rocks in ur ears moving around.  If it is in the wrong place it makes u feel like u r spinning.  The treatment is to spin/move the head a certain way to put them back in the right place

Side pain: It could be many things. It could be  rib injury, a hiatal hernia, a stomach ulcer, many many things.  If you really are concerned about it, start with a full physical by your family doctor.

Arthritis: seems highly likely and he should be seen and tested particularly for something called Ankylosing Spondylitis.

Neurologist: I recommend a thorough evaluation by a neurologist. Appropriate tests will be ordered to enable him/her to make a diagnosis and advise you about any needed treatment. Since you feel discomfort in the entire right side of your body, one of the tests may be a brain MRI.

Yes: There should be no issue. But see your doctor to get replacement medications for your condition.
