My back or kidney?: When you experience "pain in my kidney" it is most likley not pain in your kidney and most likely due to a musculo-skeletal condition. This is especially true if there are no associated symptoms or history of renal disease. Always consult your doctor when in doubt. The doctors in-person intuition alone can often tell him or her where the pain is coming from, something not possible on the internet.
