Sounds like vertigo: It sounds like u have mild vertigo. Often vertigo is caused by little rocks in ur ears moving around. If it is in the wrong place it makes u feel like u r spinning. The treatment is to spin/move the head a certain way to put them back in the right place

BPPV: Benign positional paroxysmal vertigo. Usually self resolving in a day or so.Sometimes lasts longer . . Associated nausea quite common. Look up epley's manouver in U tube and try to move crystals back to position. Most of the times benign, comes on randomly and goes away spontaneously , almost always positional. Of persists seek advice.
