Sore throat after: It is possible that you have a sore throat after being intubated by the anesthesiologist or nurse anesthetist for your surgery. If this occurs, it usually only last a few days. I would go back to your surgeon and have them take a look at your throat ASAP.

Emergency room: You may have a lower respiratory tract infection. Please proceed to the emergency room. The green discharge represents an infection most likely and cultures are indicated. 
If you have a nebulizer, please administer your medications.

Time : This should soothe with time. You can help it along with cool liquids and topical treatments like lozenges and throat sprays. If it's still sore after 3 days, go to your primary care provider or a local ENT. Most juices are somewhat acidic so they may make things worse.

Anesthetist or anesthesiologist (or more commonly for longer cases ventilator machine) actually deliver the puff of inspired air; tube is the path.

Time: This is a very common...Even normal occurance.  It can take several weeks for your voice to return to normal.  Occasionally even speech therapy can be helpful.  If your symptoms are not resolving after a few weeks an ENT doc can be helpful to take a look at your throat.
