Sounds important: If your eyelids are closing (tired) it will prevent you from driving safely.  If your focus is bad and the muscles of the eye feel strained (and tired) you may need glasses.  If you cannot mentally focus, you may benefit from a full medical examination and laboratory testing.  Feeling tired when you are "rested" is a confusing symptom and a physician should be able to help you sort it out.

Try use an over the counter tear replacement drop and if that does not work, then see an ophthalmologist for a refraction to determine your eyeglass needs.
