Weiss floaters: Weiss floaters are nearly always associated with posterior vitreous detachment. These floaters can be treated by laser ablation although the number of op docs who can do this is a bit restricted. You need a good dilated exam because PVD often precedes retinal detachment.

No: No medicines, allopathic or alternative, can remove eye floaters. Only vitrectomy surgery can do that, but that is usually too invasive a procedure for floaters.

Floaters: the floaters represent liquefaction of the vitreous gel inside your eye. 
When floaters rapidly increase in number or are associated with flashing lights or a disturbance in your peripheral vision, That could indicate a hole or tear in your retina. You need an eye exam to make sure your retina is Ok. Most often floaters are benign and are left alone. Rarely vitrectomy surgery or laser can be used

Floater removal: Most patients develop floaters at some point in their life.  Over time your brain ignores them and they do not block vision.  Due to this, there is nothing to do to remove them.  In rare cases, floaters can be significant enough to block vision.  In these rare cases, the floaters can be removed by a retina specialist by a surgery inside the eye (vitrectomy).

See below: We usually don''t do vitrectomy surgery if the indication is just "floaters" unless said floaters are very severe. Risks include, retinal tear/detachment, loss of vision, infection, bleeding, cataract, etc. Very good reason to have a vitrectomy include retinal detachment, macular hole, macular pucker, severe diabetic retinopathy, etc. Talk to your retina specialist.

: Have her consult a specialist at the department of opthalmology at a university hospital who may offer to surgically remove her vitreous gel to cure her of troublesome floaters. Improper laser treatment can damage the retina.

Doubt it: If your physician had diagnosed that you have floaters then there is no treatment. They eventually fade away on their own.

No effect: Hyaluronic acid and bilberry ingestion have no proven positive effects on the eye or vision.  They certainly will have no effect on your floaters.  You have done the right thing by having them look at by a retinal specialist.  You will learn to mostly ignore them over time.
